About Me
A few years ago, I realized I’d built a career I couldn’t sustain. On paper, I was doing well — leading teams, driving results — but inside, I was running on fumes; my life had become unmanageable. I was succeeding publicly while struggling privately, and eventually something had to give.
Recovery taught me how to slow down, rebuild, and reconnect with who I actually am — not the version I thought I had to be to succeed. It changed my life, and it changed how I see leadership.
I’ve created Recover & Lead to help professionals in recovery do the same: to sustain their recovery while rebuilding confidence, balance, spirituality, and purpose in their work and life. In short, I want my clients to find their JOY again — both to sustain recovery and to strengthen the relationships that matter most.
Today, I’m training in both Executive and Professional (CEC certification) as well as Recovery Coaching (CPRC certification), and I’m bringing everything I’ve learned — from twenty years in corporate leadership to the lessons recovery has given me — to help others grow in a healthier, more sustainable way.
I believe our hardest seasons can become our greatest qualifications. Mine led me here. Great fighters learn what they’re made of when they’ve been knocked to the canvas.
If this resonates with you, someone close to you, or your organization, I’d love to connect — I’ll be sharing more about what I’m learning as I grow this next chapter of my work.
