My Coaching Process

  1. First, the client and I work together to set out the coaching engagement parameters, and at the beginning of each session we identify and address clear, measurable, and specific goals. We’ll start the first session with a brief recovery self-assessment that I will provide prior to the session to serve as a discussion starter.

  2. Next, we work together to design solutions to meet these goals. For example, we may choose one leadership habit to build upon or one recovery skill to implement and focus on each day.

  3. Then, we’ll implement the strategies and tactics we discussed in a meaningful, measurable way. We will track outcomes directly related to each goal.

  4. We will follow-up on progress and we may adjust tactics or even the goals themselves.

  5. Now comes the real joy -we succeed and celebrate your progress and achievements and continue to build on success.
